Team leader Kimberly L. Hogue has vacationed in Shaver Lake with her family for 39 years and in 2015 moved here to live as a full time resident and realtor with a local brokerage. In February of 2018 she worked with Keller Williams Realty Fresno to open an office in Shaver Lake. Kim is an achiever, works hard and takes immense satisfaction in delivering exceptional service. Her background is a wonderful culmination of experience that include Chamber of Commerce CEO, General Manager of a Fitness Center, Kickboxing instructor and U.S. Army Veteran. Her background in business, brand strategy, visual design, account management and digital marketing add a depth of knowledge to her role as a Realtor and team leader. Kim is fueled by her passion for understanding the nuances of the real estate market. She considers herself a ‘forever learner,’ and stays in tune with market shifts and in studying data; helps her clients make informed decisions, sharing both the data and her own market knowledge.
